Theme of the DEP Dublin EQUAL Programme Equal at Work.
Partnership of 48 organisations and agencies developing initiatives across the public, private and community & voluntary sectors of the Dublin labour market.
The aim of the project is to create more accessible recruitment and progression opportunities in employment for groups excluded from the labour market or vulnerable in employment.
Also involves developing and piloting innovative equality and diversity training modules, sharing experiences with a broad partnership of similar interests in Belfast and working within transnational project involving 4 partner cities in Europe.
